Mr. P.J. Leerssen

Paddy is a PhD Candidate in Information Law. His PhD project examines the legal construction of transparency in social media content curation. His research combines legal analysis with insights from communications science and media studies. Paddy holds degrees from Harvard Law School (LL.M.), the University of Amsterdam (LL.M.), and the University of Maastricht (LL.B.). He is also non-resident fellow at Stanford University’s Center for Internet and Society, where he was a research fellow in 2017-2018.
